How it works

Five steps, then it runs

1. We check your areaText me your practice and city. I'll tell you how many households move near you each month and whether the territory is still open.
2. You write onceFill out one template by hand and photograph it. That becomes your handwriting — every card afterward is drawn from your own letterforms.
3. You write the noteA few lines, in your words, saying what you'd say to a new neighbor. Change it whenever you want.
4. We draw and mailA plotter draws each card in real ink. Hand-addressed envelope, live stamp, sent as the households come in.
5. You get the recordEvery month, the list of who was written to and when, so you know exactly what went out.

Why it works

Moving puts a whole household back in the market at once

• They're already lookingMost mail has to create a reason to act. A household that just moved already has one — they need a provider and don't have one yet.
• They choose onceA family picks a provider in the first few months and then mostly stops looking. Reaching them in month two is worth more than reaching them in year two.

Pricing

What it costs

• Starter — $249/mo50 cards a month. Enough for a single neighborhood, or a smaller town where you want everyone.
• Growth — $449/mo100 cards a month. A larger area, or a full three-note sequence to a smaller one.
• Metro — $999/mo250 cards a month. Dense cities, several locations, or every new arrival in a wide catchment.

Territory is drawn around your office and sized to the tier — a few blocks in a dense city, a whole town somewhere quieter. Six-month term, since mail can't be judged on one month. Text me and I'll tell you what your area produces.
